I am trying to synchronize my website with my local folder. I usually make changes local and then try to synchronize. unfortunately it is not working. I would like to upload all newer files and there fore I choose "upload files that are missing on the remote".
but instead only to upload it downloads old files and overwrites the local ones that were supposed to be newer.

Probably a timezone problem or already fixed in a later release. See #12362.
