Docs: documenting OpenOpcServer inside of multi-platform installation image #40

In the Multi platform installation docs section that renders doc/assets/LinuxSetup.png, it shows openopc2 Service running on the Windows machine.

In the image, can you document which service this is of OpenOpcService, OpenOpcCli, OpenOpcServer (from scripts/build_executables.ps1)? I believe it's OpenOpcServer, but I want to be sure.

Also, can you include some information on what the proxy entity is on the Linux machine? Thank you in advance!

Also, in this part of the README.md:

On your Linux machine

pip install openopc2

python

from openopc2.da_client import OpcDaClient

Can we document what openopc2.Proxy means? It's not mentioned in the Python imports detailed in the README.
