Currently the experiment runs view shows queued experiments only.

There is a dependency on iterative/dvc#6174. Once that PR has been merged and the new data structure becomes available we can revisit the current implementation and extend it to include running experiments.

The dependent PR has already been merged into master and I've raised a PR to work off that. Can close this now as I'll be continuing on with it.
