About Me!

Hello there! My name's Samir, I'm from Austin Texas, and I'm a computer science graduate specializing in IT and cybersecurity! Currently looking for a full-time entry-level job in the IT or cybersecurity field, and studying for the CompTIA ITF+ and A+ certifications! Always building expereience in security analysis through various projects, labs, and CTFs(Capture the Flag)!

Utilized GLPI ticket management software to log, track, prioritize, and escalate support requests.

Used Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams to coordinate daily job functions with fellow IT technicians and directors.
