- Added Dutch translation
- Added Splash screen
- General code refactor, changed deprecated buttons
- Set Default launcher dialog for API 29+
- Reload app lists on app install or uninstall event
- Updated most dependencies
- Updated gradle files to latest Flutter android template (targetSDK to 30)

Close edit dialog after manual reload.
Don't return unused booleans in method channel;
