improve Prowlarr integration

Prowlarr has now been integrated. As described in the readme, the implementation is very limited though:

Prowlarr provides a releases magnet link through a redirection link (for most indexers). Thats not a huge problem, since jackett does the same thing for some indexers. The problem is, that (unlike jackett) prowlarr does not allow parallel requests to these redirection links - which means that it will take a significant amount of time to collect all magnet links from the redirection links. plex_debrid will timeout this redirection process after 2 seconds and you will only recieve about 10-20 releases rather than all releases prowlarr was able to find.

Im working on a solution for this, but for now thats the best I can do.

Talked to prowlarr staff and it seems to be a 1337x specific issue. Prowlarr simply has stricter rate limiting than jackett.
