Itsuki Hana Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Octopus Mate mobile application (the "Application"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from users of our Application.

The Application does not collect or store any personal information from its users. We do not require you to provide any personal information to download or use our Application.
- No Third-Party Data Sharing
Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties in any way.

As we do not collect personal data, there is no data storage pertaining to personal information within our Application. Any information that the App offers to store, such as login credentials or tariff information, are stored on device only and s.t. Apple's Secure Key Chain and Device Privacy considerations. We do not see or obtain any piece of that data.
- Children's Privacy
Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly engage in any collection of personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
