SQAN: Allow custom template names for existing and newly created templates

Third, is it possible to have the ability to edit the names of the templates. Since we have some study that have multiple protocols under the same IIBIS ID, it would be easier to see that I need to select this protocol over that protocol instead of having to go to the template tab, look at the sequence, remember the time stamp for that protocol then go back and select the right template.

Rob Bryant has requested the ability to name templates with human readable names. We should allow the ability to add a name to templates:

• On new templates being created via the portal
• On existing templates perhaps via the templates view

And then...

• We should also display these names when available,

Yes, templates can be given a name by an operator/admin. This name is reflected in the display of template used, and also in template selection when re-qcing.
