[Feature request] Dual subtitles #4028

Support dual subtitles. Show one subtitle at the bottom and a second one at the top.

This is useful for language learning to show subtitles for both the source and target language at the same time.

Closing as it's not supported by videojs yet so not possible in invidious: videojs/video.js#2355

We are not going to develop our own implementation, we do not have the time for that.
