Consider merging "Usage" and "Scripts" into a single documentation entry #1029

Motivation for the feature

Currently, the CLI script "ivadomed" is under "Usage", while the other CLI scripts are under "Scripts". I find this distinction is confusing and suggest to simply merge all CLI scripts under a section called "Command-Line Tools" or simply "Usage".
