The user could make transactions with other validated accounts.

The user will go through the following process:

Choose the personal account for transaction created new transaction page #27
Input the amount and outgoing account (Scheduled time?) created new transaction page #27
Input the password for confirmation
Click "Yes" to the pop-up message
Transaction completed and a notification will be sent to user in the application (and email?)

Should the transaction fails halfway, the money should not be transferred.
