Visiting a longer page, such as when viewing the logs of a build, then the Wharf logo and menu items from the sidebar gets hidden by the scrolling page, and the user menu is hidden down at the bottom of the page.

Think it would be more appropriate with position: fixed on it.

Ignore how this looks on mobile right now. We do not support mobile phone screens atm
