Based on iver-wharf/iver-wharf.github.io#75

Need tests for TypeScript and end-to-end (E2E) tests, such as https://github.com/iver-wharf/wharf-web/blob/57d9d74007807e4f3839185742d11a616967280b/src/app/shared/config/config.service.spec.ts

Could be of interest: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/angular-github-actions

As Wharf cannot do this yet, we should aim at using GitHub Actions.
