How to callibration line distance on draw tool?

I want to ask about how to callibrate line distance on draw tool?
i have problem to measure of the ultrasonography image on this viewer because when i tried to measuring of the ultrasonography image, its always different with USG measuring.
Both image is dicom format (.dcm)

Could you share the image anonymised? What do you mean by USG measuring?

I apologize if my english bad. lol
i meant, i measured size of thyroid nodule,
Example :
the result of measurement in my ultrasonography is 1,63 cm or 16,3 mm
but The result of measurement with online dicom viewer is different. (size is 203.1 mm) (picture below)

I want to ask, how to callibrate this measurement?

Ok, I see, some data such as Echo do not provide the size of the pixels (the pixel spacing). In that case dwv uses the default value of 1 and it should not display a value (I need to fix this).
There is no mechanism to calibrate the viewer. Do you know of tools that allow this? Do you have access to the pixel spacing of the image?

I created #302 to not show measures when there is not pixel spacing information.
