Hi all,

unable to access ui :(
This may be similar to #165 but I need a bit of guidance to resolve please.

12.2-RELEASE-p13
radarr Version 4.0.4.5922

Sonarr works without issue, as do Jackett and Transmission.

Many thanks.

Radarr recently switched to .NET and according to the freshports you need to set allow_mlock=1 on the jail.

@jasker5183 I have the same issue, but mine appeared when I updated the jail. I tried setting allow_mlock but it did not seem to make a difference. Is there anything else I can try? As with @morrell7 sonarr and jackett works without any issues.

Tried doing a fresh install but that did not help either.

Aside from checking out the radarr artifact files and making sure the permissions are being set properly.

Since the 12.2 branch hasn't been updated yet the allow_mlock would still have to be checked (jail properties) on new installs.

@jasker5183 thanks for the suggestions! I set the allow_mlock flag on the new jail that I created and it worked without any issue. Perhaps there was an issue with the update that borked the jail. 😢
