Clipping UNICODE caracters and pasting them back is broken

The binary is compiled as ANSI. Compiling to Unicode should help. Unfortunatly,
ReadConsole and WriteConsole do not work with redirected hanles. It's too bad 
because
they handle Unicode pretty well !
