When the AU plugin is added and removed and the user pressed undo to get the instance back, Ableton Live crashes.

Turns out this issue can be reproduced by closing the plugin UI without even removing it, and pressing Cmd.
Sorry, something went wrong.
The problem was that the NSEventMaskFlagsChanged event monitor was never removed. Resolved in izzyreal/JUCE@d706541
