Calendar on topmost parent form #49

If a calendar is inserted into a form having the 'topmost' attribute, then the calendar opens up under the parent form.

I cannot reproduce this issue in Linux, so I guess it is specific to Windows.
I think the dev branch fixes this issue. Could you confirm it? If you do I will merge it in the master branch and try to publish a fix release soon.
