Remove topicFrom?

The original idea was to unify (almost) all events/observers in JS.
But after thinking about it longer (e.g. #4), I would either keep the current implementation or remove the feature altogether. One could possibly create library(s) for this purpose separately, or add some sample implementations in documentation/examples.

This library should probably only serve as a (minimalist) base.
