Please add a license file and consider a less restrictive license

Hello,

I was going to package the core of jabbercat for a project and was hoping you'd consider releasing it under an LGPL license since it's a library (even though it's not likely to be used by anything but jabbercat itself), and please consider adding a license file to this repo.
