Moderation set-up 1: view flagged candidate figures on dashboard

Background

SETs need to be able to see data on the number and distribution of candidates that have been flagged for moderation by panellists to support them in setting up moderation activities. The intended aim is to moderate around 10% of candidates.

User Story

As an Admin, I would like to be able to see how many candidates have been flagged by panellists for moderation (and the overall percentages) so that I can see how close we are to the target.

Feature(s) Description

• Add overall number of flagged candidates/total candidate (percentage) figures to the dashboard
• Add breakdown of flagged candidates/total candidate (percentage) by panel to the dashboard

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when Admins can see the breakdown figures of moderated candidates on the dashboard.

Definition of Done

• User stories/acceptance criteria met
• Internal reviews passed (feedback actioned)
• User testing passed
• Relevant technical documentation updated
• User guidance updated
• Deployed and merged without errors

User Testing Steps

The objective here is to present data on the total number of candidates (and the totals by panel) flagged for moderation by the panellists so that Admins can see how close to the 10% target they are. Does this facilitate that task?
