Background

User Story

As a panel chair, I would like to see applications when I am on the score sheet page so that I can see where original panel does not agree with a moderating panel.
As a panel chair on the score sheet page, I would like to allow SETs to enter the outcome: final grade and note so that I can view all necessary data.

Benefit(s) to user (if not already clear from User story)

On the sift score page, the panel chair can view live data.

Acceptance Criteria

It is done when a panel chair is on the score sheet page and able to see the applications related to the original panel and moderating panel.
It is done when the panel chair is able to enter the final grade and note for each SET on the score sheet page.
