Background

User Story

• As an admin, I want the sift score page to have the capability to flag and unflag candidates for moderation.
• Show the panel's reasons for requesting moderation, enabling me to select candidate applications.
• Display the panel's rationale for requesting moderation and collect the reason for moderation.

Feature(s) Description

• Flag and un-flag candidates for moderation
• Display panel reason for requesting moderation
• Collect reason for moderation

Acceptance Criteria

• Admin flags or unflags a candidate for moderation, then the candidate's status should be updated accordingly
• The panel's rationale should be displayed
• Admin clicks on the "select candidate" checkbox to select the candidate should be selected for moderation
• Admin clicks on the "view reason" button and the reason for moderation should be displayed and collected.
