Update Character report SCC Annex download in line with changes to Character functionality

Background

Following updates to Character functionality, the new SCC Annex download needs to be updated.

User Story

As an Admin, I would like the changes to Character functionality to be accounted for in the SCC Annex download so that the edits I make onscreen are reflected in the download.

Benefit(s) to user (if not already clear from User story)

Admins will be able to make all the changes onscreen for the SCC Annex and download a draft version to be shared with Secretariat and Assigned Commissioner for feedback. They will then be able to make any final changes before the final SCC Character annex is downloaded.

Feature(s) Description

• SCC Annex download is sorted into 3 main sections using the SCC Recommended Approach selection and displayed in that order: Proceed, Reject, Discuss (if there are no entries in, e.g. Discuss, that section is not included in the report)
• Main section titles are colour coded as in screenshot: Proceed = green background, Reject = red background, Discuss = amber background
• Within each section, the entries are ordered according to the offence category, e.g. Single Motoring Offence first, Multiple Motoring Offences next, etc and then by candidate surname
• The SCC Annex download is populated as illustrated below:

• Download displays the content of each of the tickboxes selected in the new Guidance reference section
• Download uses full list of offence categories (based on v2 updates)
• Each candidate entry is numbered chronologically

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when:

• SCC Annex download is sorted into 3 sections
• Each section has a colour-coded title row
• SCC Annex download displays the content edited by Admins according to the screenshot
• Each section of the SCC Annex download is sorted according to Offence category first with a second sort of Candidate surname

Definition of Done

• User stories/acceptance criteria met
• Internal reviews passed (feedback actioned)
• User testing passed
• Relevant technical documentation updated
• User guidance updated
• Deployed and merged without errors

User Testing Steps

Using this functionality, users should be able to prepare all the content for the SCC Character Annex on the platform. This content can then be shared with Secretariat and Assigned Commissioner for approval and then any final edits made before downloading the final SSC Character Annex. Does this meet the requirements? Is there any way it can be improved?
