When a candidate enters their email incorrectly on their application and has it updated by admin after the QT has been set up, any changes are not reflected in the QT platform.
In 0117, we had the following issue:
We have a candidate, Tania Griffiths, who needs help accessing the test. We know it's because the email address on the QT platform is different to the one on the main platform. The one on the main platform is her correct email address ([griffithskc@exchangechambers.co.uk], but the one on the platform is [griffithskc@exchangechamberrs.co.uk] and extra 'r' in chambers). How could this have happened? Is there a way to fix it, or will she need to log in with an incorrect email address?
The reason for this was due to:
We have just checked, and yeah, we had amended her email as it was initially wrong, and when we sent her the instructions for the first QT, we got a bounce back, so before the instructions were sent out for the ST, we updated her mail address.
Can this be changed so that the log in email can be changed on the QT by SET or when a change is made in admin, it is reflected on the QT platform.
