All the examples on this page should look good:

https://muchselect.dev/empty-options/

In particular though:

  • When there are no available options and the drop down says there are no available options it should be clear and readable but also look distinct (so users don't confused it with an option they can select)
  • Empty options (ones with empty labels) should be selectable and take up as much vertical space any other option (see the video below).
