Collision Matching doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the Match collision to graphics or the match graphic to 
collision button and it doesn't do anything.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to do what it says... but instead nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 10. Windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm using vista and getting the same problem, its not your operating system.

the included collision_fixer application in the "ext" folder of the UoT doesn't 
run and immediately crashes (by itself). Hopefully theres a fix for this soon.
