Usage

Preparations

1. download the HED[https://github.com/sniklaus/pytorch-hed] pretrained model from [https://drive.google.com/file/d/14Vm_aMDovY-zYQcBJmxUnl4iOvWWITC7/view?usp=sharing]

Install

1. Clone the repo

git clone https://github.com/jackhu-bme/SRRD.git
cd SRRD

2. install pytorch >= 1.6.0
3. install by environment.yml

cd SPSNet
conda env create -f environment.yml

3 revise the names of module to be consistent with the paper
