With RESET shifted to the UPPER+LOWER layer, it is now time to change that key to Alt-Slash, which, in Emacs, does automatic word completion

The recent API_SYSEX_ENABLE bit me; I have revised my keyboard to not include it, and to drop out some other memory-consumptive bits.
I added some docs to the main readme.md file to better describe this issue.
By the way, there is, at present, NO documentation of what API_SYSEX_ENABLE does; I added a terse description to readme.md, and I suggest that someone that does know better fill it in.
