Support unexpanding text

Should be able to export unexpanding text. Maybe holding alt/option shows borders around telescopic groups on hover and upon clicking with alt/option held down it unexpands text.

This feature should be usable on mobile devices without an always present keyboard, so i don't think keyboard shortcuts are the best solution here

could be cool to unexpand text on a timer - so if you leave the text unattended it slowly animates back to its original state

maybe force touch lol but that's also limited to iOS

I think introducing some sort of slide would feel really nice on mobile and desktop; either a click and drag (desktop) to reveal the previous text underneath, or a swipe (mobile) to 'move' the text out of the way and do the same

Exploring integrating different animations, though, makes me think that it might be best to expose a pluggable interaction api somehow so end users can determine how they want to interact with the text - the interaction's the best part here!
