I see that mass has colors here https://github.com/ja3067/Titan/blob/12dfe4a8bfdd7ae3d039ffcffe0fb5827a6e912e/src/mass.cu#L39

Can't seem to find where the color of the springs are set. Could you point me to it?

I think colors were a feature we discussed but never fully implemented. I see you've added them, so thank you for that. Let me know if this is still an issue, or if it was resolved.

Also, are you able to access the wiki or submit pull requests for it? If so, and if you have time, could you write up some documentation/descriptions of the features you've added? I can do some of that too in the next few days.
