Don't duplicate source files in artifacts

For ease of implementation, and probably due to some naivete when I first set up this project, trident artifacts depend on each other by duplicating the source files, not by actually depending on separate artifacts. e.g. the trident/cli artifact includes trident/util.cljc. This could cause problems if you use multiple trident artifacts with different versions.
