Best Way to handle multiple nanobar creates #15

I have a heavily async app, and I'm having problems with managing multiple instances of nanobar - (What can I ask for in such a small library)? I like it's simplicity, but maybe adding a lightweight management utility to handle debouncing multiple instantiations?

what are your problems? I have about 27 nanobars working simultaneously in the same app without any problems

I guess with the changes already have been solved
