Webdash github stats

Here's a draft design (still need to review it with @nicolesaidy, I'm sure she'll be able to fix the username/repo banner)

This would require a githubRepo option in webdash.json that can be automatically guessed by the installer (from package.json's repo)

Feel free to create a new repo called webdash-github-stats and then you can follow the Create a plugin guide

Let me know if you've got questions throughout, the guide is far from being perfect
I'd also send you some PRs as you work on it (ping when you want me to review)

Actually I'd recommend that you wait a day or two until I'm done from #31
Which will make it much easier for you to create a plugin through a generator
