font artifacts not included in the jaeger-query.exe binary?

Is there a reason for not including the font static files in the jaeger-query.exe binary?

Currently, when I launch jaeger-query in a machine without internet access the fonts are being downloaded from, e.g. https://at.alicdn.com/t/font_148784_v4ggb6wrjmkotj4i.woff:

There's no reason, as far as I know. In fact, this is an old issue, reported as part of #187.
