Currently, the Jakarta Batch Specification is in Word format. We need to convert this to asciidoc. If we can get this done for Jakarta EE 8, great! But, if not, my PR #2 will suffice.

@kwsutter I'm interested and also have some free time to help you in converting the spec to the asciidoc and do initial reviews. Let me know if you think it would be OK.

I know we actually have made some progress with the PR from @follis back in the previous repository:
WASdev/standards.jsr352.batch-spec#17

@follis can you move that PR over here? I realize we probably need to do some work to get that into the Jakarta spec adoc "wrapper" or template.
