The README.md begins to be huge.

Maybe doing a folder called docs with some parts and just link them to README.md where you've got just tl;dr stuff and links to docs.

What do you think?

Agree completely. I actually just created a GitHub organization for Jake, and the next step is putting up an actual Web site. It's long overdue. :)
