Inserting images and other complex elements

Medium.com editor is evolving and they've changed image insertion a few times. Is it possible to implement image insertion as it's currently implemented on Medium.com within Medium.js? How would one go about this problem?

@robertleeplummerjr Great! That would be awesome. And one more thing maybe. In your example page toolbar to format selections is somehow stuck to the top of the editable element. It would be nice if you included an example that shows it floating above selection as Medium does it.

Any updates? Will it be possible to paste images from clipboard?

I'm comparing WYSIWYG editors and have been looking for this feature.

The current status of images from clipboard isn't handled by medium.js. this could be on the roadmap in the future if there is enough demand.
