Tool Doesn't Work In Battle Arenas (Again)

Worked for me in arenas previously in the past, now just doesn't give the option. Every other mode, like quickplay, does bring up the menu.

I'll look into making this a configurable option. I believe the hook I used before caused false positives and thus was kinda annoying. I'll see what I can do about figuring out a good middle ground.
