[Feature Reqeust] Get further device info such as Manufacturer, App Version, Network Carrier

Feature Request:

Further info such as

• Manufacturer Name: Asus, Samsung ...etc (see link)
• App Version: V1.0 Build 18 (see link)
• Network Carrier: AT&T, Verizon ...etc

Adding the device name would be very nice too (meaning the device's assigned name, not the model name).
