Removed unwanted string

I have removed a reference to a company name that has no relevance here.

Customisation Options Added

I have added options to:

Set an icon, background colour, button text & background colour and main text colour.

I have also added the ability to optionally include any buttons.

The top and bottom text (excluding title) can now be customised.

Choose between fullscreen of dialog version.
