Feature Request: Per folder HEADERS setting #9

Per folder AWS_HEADERS setting may be convenient for some use cases.

e.g.
DEFAULT_S3_HEADERS
STATIC_S3_HEADERS

AWS_HEADERS setting of django-storages let you specify headers set to metadata of each file.
