I just did a git clone of puppet-irc into my puppet/modules dir and I'm getting this error:
Could not autoload irc: no such file to load -- json
I did the rest of the configs in the README too.
I'm running puppet 2.7.3, so I can't use the "puppet module ..." command.

ok, I guess the real question is where do I put irc.yaml and irc.rb if puppet isn't new enough to do the 'puppet module install' command?
