Jak na razie wiem, że aby uniknąć klejącego gluta w środku blatu bezowego trzeba piec go długo, ale nie wiem dokładnie jak długo. Czy można upiec gruby (~3 cm) blat bezowy na krucho, czy też jedyną opcją jest Pavlova?
