[OpenApiCommon] Support Status code range

I've recently take a deeper look in generated code and saw my status code 4XX transformed as 4.
I don't know if it's a bug, or if it has never been handled.

v2 spec (Responses Object -> Patterned Fields) doesn't describe it (and I don't not if it support it), but v3 and v3.1 state it clearly.

Can you support it?

I think could make a PR.

Hey @Gounlaf and thanks for you report. I do think we never handled such stuff and it's a good idea to handle them cleaning, it shouldn't be hard to do so in my opinion.
