Support Keyboard Shortcuts

Supporting common keyboard shortcuts could greatly improve usability.
Examples

• Pressing "enter" in the Defects or Requirements tab could open the details for the selected item in the "ALI Detail" pane.
• Allowing dialogs to be confirmed or dismissed via keyboard (e.g., when selecting a user to assign defect to)

This is a good point. Unfortunately I'm not used to keyboard shortcuts in IDE and so I neglected this aspect. Fixing this over the while plugin looks like a rather big endeavour, however, if you provide me with list of bindings (+their location) you miss the most, I'll look into it...
