Hitting rate limit when pushing terms

As far as I understand there is a built in retry for the push task when hitting the POEditor rate limit for updating a project.
This retry mechanism does not seem work correctly.
Regarding https://poeditor.com/docs/api_rates the limit for paid accounts is 1 upload per 10 seconds, so the configured 15 seconds waiting time for retries should be enough.

Maybe 25 seconds should be used instead, this would be useful for free accounts as well.
