What happened?

There are 1 security vulnerabilities found in opencv-python 3.3.0.10

What did I do?

Upgrade opencv-python from 3.3.0.10 to 4.2.0.32 for vulnerability fix

What did you expect to happen?

Ideally, no insecure libs should be used.
