Configure Support links

What needs to be done?

We should configure our support button with links to docs, support, blogs, etc to help users find the information they need.

List of links to add:

• Support: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/new/get-support?product=Red%20Hat%20Developer%20Hub&caseCreate=true

• About: A more detailed page will be created in Display Janus/RHDH version information in web interface #748. Until then, we should have something simple to show the version of the product (either hardcoded in the config or linked to a docs page with the About information)

• QuickStarts: TBD

• Blogs: TBD

From the program meeting, the support button is intended for customers to configure for their own support links. From a product perspective, we don't have a place to add this yet but will re-visit post GA
