We should have a new template to create an Object Bucket claim similar to https://github.com/janus-idp/backstage-showcase/blob/main/manifests/base/obc.yaml

The catalog entity should be Resource kind.

One of the step should ask for which component to attach to. It will create a PR on that component repo and add the dependsOn section in the catalog-info.yaml
